Our offer on this platform is primarily aimed at businesses/entrepreneurs (B2B) as defined in § 14 BGB (German Civil Code).
All purchases are processed through our payment provider Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd. or Paddle.com Inc.), who acts as the "Merchant of Record" (official seller). The purchase contract is concluded between you, the buyer, and Paddle. Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms apply in full.
In accordance with Paddle's terms, buyers who are Consumers (B2C) under EU law have a 14-day "Consumer Right to Cancel."
IMPORTANT EXCEPTION (per Paddle's Terms): Our product consists of digital content (e.g., "Review Points") and a digital service (SaaS) that is made available for use immediately after purchase.
As clearly stated in Paddle's "Checkout Buyer Terms" (sections "Introduction" and "Exception to the Right to Cancel"), this right of withdrawal expires prematurely (is lost) as soon as the customer begins the execution of the contract (i.e., by using the digital content, which means starting the analysis and consuming the acquired "Review Points").
By completing the purchase in the Paddle checkout, the customer gives explicit consent to begin the performance of the contract (provision of digital content) before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledges that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.
Free Demo: We offer a comprehensive free demo version. We strongly encourage all prospective customers (especially our B2B clients) to use this opportunity to test the service thoroughly before making a purchase to ensure it fully meets their requirements.
B2B Purchases: For our business customers (B2B), all sales are final.
No Refunds After Use: Due to the immediate provision of the service, the expiration of the right of withdrawal (see Point 2), and the availability of a free demo, all purchases are final and non-refundable. A refund for services already rendered or "Review Points" already used is excluded in all cases.
Should accidental technical errors, such as duplicate charges, occur, please contact us immediately (email in the Legal Notice / Imprint). We will review the error and process a commercial correction.
